Hi friends,
How are ya? I say this every week, but I feel like summer is finally here! After work yesterday, I went to the park. I sat in the grass and read a cowboy romance. Itās days like those that Iām so thankful I live in a walkable city.Ā
With the weather change, something I need to master is being productive at my day job, which, unfortunately, is not tanning. Donāt tell my boss, but my productivity has dropped off since the sun has been out. All I want to do is sit in the sun and drink lemonade. Thatās hard to do when I have status reports to give and emails to answer. If you find the balance between the beach days calling out your name and your full-time job, please let me know in the comments!
In today's newsletter, weāll talk about safely living alone, the WNBA and its controversies, and how to make your hot girl walk more than a workout.
Letās get into it!

If you love a thrilling anthology miniseries, then Dr. Death is for you. There are only two seasons, each featuring a different destructive doctor. The doctors let their egos get bigger than their promise to ādo no harm.ā The show, while dramatized for effect, gives a voice to the people at the center of this story: the patients who were harmed. Both seasons are streaming on Peacock.
My new favorite reality show is the WNBA. Previously, I was a casual viewer and only knew the big names. This year, I bought a League Pass subscription so I can watch every game. A relatively new pro sports league, the W has garnered more eyes with the rise of womenās college ball, for better or for worse. Aside from the aggressiveness of the W (which I love), there are added layers of players who used to be romantically involved. The drama! Hereās how you can watch every game this season!
